2. Return & Refund Conditions

Consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) upon receiving the product, in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

The product remains unopened, unused, and free from scratches or man-made damage.

The product includes complete packaging (outer box, accessories, gifts, invoice, and proof of purchase).

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Products such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or other hygiene-related items that have been opened or used.

Products returned after the 7-day cooling-off period.

本公司將於確認退貨條件後,提供退貨寄送方式。

商品經檢查無誤後,將於 7–14 個工作天內完成退款(依原付款方式退還)。
3. Return Procedure

Once your request is approved, the Company will provide instructions for return shipping.

Upon inspection and confirmation, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method.
四、運費說明

因商品瑕疵、寄錯或損壞等因素退貨,本公司將負擔來回運費。

因個人因素退貨,運費需由消費者自行承擔。
4. Shipping Costs

For returns due to product defects, incorrect shipments, or damage during delivery, the Company will cover the shipping costs.
