一、適用範圍

本退款政策適用於本公司官方網站及授權電商平台所販售之商品。

1. Scope of Application

This refund policy applies to products purchased through the Company’s official website and authorized e-commerce platforms.

二、退貨與退款條件

  1. 消費者於收到商品後 7 日內（含例假日）享有無條件退貨權益（依據《消費者保護法》）。

  2. 退回商品須保持完整性：

    • 商品未開封、未使用、無刮傷或人為損壞。

    • 商品完整包裝（含外盒、配件、贈品、發票及購買憑證）。

  3. 下列情況恕不接受退貨退款：

    • 已開封或使用之保健食品、化妝品及其他涉及個人衛生之產品。

    • 超過七日鑑賞期。

    • 非本公司官方通路購買之商品。

2. Return & Refund Conditions

  1. Consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) upon receiving the product, in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act.

  2. Returned products must meet the following conditions:

    • The product remains unopened, unused, and free from scratches or man-made damage.

    • The product includes complete packaging (outer box, accessories, gifts, invoice, and proof of purchase).

  3. Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

    • Products such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or other hygiene-related items that have been opened or used.

    • Products returned after the 7-day cooling-off period.

    • Products not purchased through the Company’s official sales channels.

三、退貨流程

  1. 請於收到商品後 7 日內，透過【聯絡我們】意見欄位或客服專線 02-2692-1593 提出退貨申請。

  2. 本公司將於確認退貨條件後，提供退貨寄送方式。

  3. 商品經檢查無誤後，將於 7–14 個工作天內完成退款（依原付款方式退還）。

3. Return Procedure

  1. Within 7 days of receiving the product, please submit a return request via the Feedback Form in the 【Contact Us】 section or call Customer Service at +886-2-2692-1593.

  2. Once your request is approved, the Company will provide instructions for return shipping.

  3. Upon inspection and confirmation, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method.

四、運費說明

  • 因商品瑕疵、寄錯或損壞等因素退貨，本公司將負擔來回運費。

  • 因個人因素退貨，運費需由消費者自行承擔。

4. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to product defects, incorrect shipments, or damage during delivery, the Company will cover the shipping costs.

  • For returns due to personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
