運送政策 Shipping Policy
一、運送範圍
目前本公司提供台灣本島與離島地區之配送服務。部分偏遠地區或特殊地址,可能需加收運費或無法配送。
At present, we provide delivery services across Taiwan, including offshore islands. Additional fees may apply, or delivery may not be available for certain remote areas or special addresses.
二、運費說明

消費滿新台幣 10,000元(含)以上享免運優惠。

未達免運門檻者,需自付運費,金額將於結帳頁面顯示。

Free shipping is available for orders of NT$10,000 or above.

Orders below this amount are subject to a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
三、配送時間

訂單於付款完成後 1–3個工作天內出貨,週末及國定假日順延。

配送時間依物流公司作業而定,通常於出貨後 2–5個工作天送達。
-
若遇天災、疫情或不可抗力因素,配送時間可能延長。

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery time depends on the logistics provider and is usually 2–5 business days after shipment.
-
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
四、出貨與查詢

當訂單完成出貨後,系統將自動寄送出貨通知信件及追蹤號碼。

您可透過物流公司網站或客服追蹤配送狀態。

Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.

You may track your shipment through the logistics provider’s website or customer service.
五、注意事項

訂單一經確認,無法更改收件地址,請下單前再次確認。

如配送失敗,包裹將退回本公司,需由消費者負擔二次運費。

Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please double-check before placing the order.

If delivery fails and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
